Shipping policy

Please allow up to (1-3) business days to process online orders. Orders are processed in the order received.  

After orders are processed, we then prepare items to ship via UPS.

Orders ship within 1-4 business days from your order date. Orders may take up to 10 business days to process  during sales and promotions.

We also offer overnight and express options.  

**Express Orders/Local drop offs for same and/or next day deliveries are not made online.  Express and overnight orders are available for customers paying via Zelle,  Apple Pay or Cash App. For further instructions email us at headhonchohair@gmail.com or text (201) 503-5329. 

Once orders are dispatched, customers can track their orders.  in the event of any delay or missing  package from a carrier, customers can contact the carrier in the event a claim needs to be filed.  Head Honcho Hair also offers insurance package protection up to $1,000 for an additional cost.

All orders placed after 3pm (Mon-Fri) or over the weekend and/or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared for shipping a detailed confirmation of tracking will be sent via email.

In rare instances, our carrier service may experience transit delays. Please understand that Head Honcho Hair Extensions is not liable for such delays caused by our carrier service or acts of nature. Therefore, refunds or chargebacks will not be honored as a result of transit delays caused by these factors.
