Head Honcho Hair orders placed within the US are shipped via UPS. Please allow up to (3) business days to process online orders. After order processing, it takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered after the order processing time frame.
Orders are processed in the order received. All orders placed after 3pm (Mon-Fri) or over the weekend and/or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared for shipping a detailed confirmation of tracking will be sent via email.
Orders involving any custom coloring or custom options may take longer for shipping and delivery.
Orders may take up to 10 business days to process during sales and promotions.
In rare instances, our carrier service may experience transit delays. Please understand that Head Honcho Hair Extensions is not liable for such delays caused by our carrier service or acts of nature. Therefore, refunds or chargebacks will not be honored as a result of transit delays caused by these factors.

Orders places online are shipped through UPS and all orders are trackable through UPS once dispatched. Head Honcho Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package has not arrived as expected please contact UPS at 1 (800) 742-5877.
Exchanges
Should an unused product be deemed damaged or defected, or something you do not want, we can exchange and replace the item within (5) days of receipt. There will be no refunds. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns. The customer must pay for applicable return shipping costs.
Any coloring, perming, lifting or processing of the hair VOIDS all exchanges and returns.
Since hair is a product for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair already used to protect the hygiene of our customers. Please review your order carefully before checking out. Head Honcho Hair LLC. is not responsible for mistakes or any errors in your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations for any orders must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
