Exchanges
Should an unused product be deemed damaged or defected, or something you do not want, we can exchange and replace the item within (5) days of receipt. There will be no refunds.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, in the event of an exchange. Items part of any sale or Promotion are not eligible for any item exchanges, i.e different product type and/or different length.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of a purchase and subject to a 5% processing fee.
Any coloring, perming, lifting or processing of the hair VOIDS all exchanges and returns.
Since hair is a product for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair already used to protect the hygiene of our customers. Please review your order carefully before checking out. Head Honcho Hair LLC. is not responsible for mistakes or any errors in your order.
