All orders placed after 3pm (Mon-Fri) or over the weekend and/or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order is prepared for shipping a detailed confirmation of tracking will be sent via email.

Orders places online are shipped through USPS and all orders are trackable through the postal service once dispatched. Head Honcho Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package has not arrived as expected please contact USPS. (1-800-ASK-USPS).
Should an unused product be deemed damaged or defected, or something you do not want, we can exchange and replace the item within (5) days of receipt. There will be no refunds. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns. The customer must pay for applicable return shipping costs.
Any coloring, perming, lifting or processing of the hair VOIDS all exchanges and returns.
Since hair is a product for personal use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair already used to protect the hygiene of our customers. Please review your order carefully before checking out. Head Honcho Hair LLC. is not responsible for mistakes or any errors in your order.
Cancellations for any orders must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.
